Returns

Full priced items purchased from NEVERTHERE can be returned within 14 days from purchase or delivery. Items returned within 14 days of purchase must be unworn in their original condition with tags attached.

Sale items are not eligible for returns. All Sale items are FINAL SALE. This includes the use of discount codes.

Items must be returned to back to us in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if returning/exchanging due to factory defect), and unused with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criterion.

If an item arrives with any defects send us a message including a description of the defect.

Please note: We do not offer refunds on original or return shipping costs.

Shipping Information

Please allow up to 3-10 business days for your order to be shipped. You will get a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information as soon as it’s available.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments. 

For both domestic and international orders, please provide a valid phone number and email address as we or the courier may need to contact you regarding your order/delivery.

International Shipping / Customs

We ship worldwide! However, we do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by our payment system. International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. NEVERTHERE does not take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc. Customs charges are different for every country. We do our best to mark your order as a gift but sometimes we have no control over customs charging taxes and fees.
